Description
The Solis collection has photovoltaic cells hidden under its clean light-grey dial – the latest in solar-powered watch technology. Gone are the days of unsightly square panels cluttering the dial. These are invisible to the eye but not to the sun.
Its easily interchangeable vegan leather straps are made of G-Pomme C. Biodegradable and both animal- and eco-friendly, this Italian-made leather alternative uses discarded apple peel, among other organic compounds, to mimic the look, feel, and durability of leather. The Solis is the most sustainable men’s watch we’ve ever made.
A surgical grade stainless steel case protects the reliable Japanese Seiko Epson chronograph movement, and the dial is covered by anti-reflective mineral glass.
The Solis’ dial features a date window at 3 o’clock, a chronograph second counter at 6, a chronograph minute counter at 9, and a 24-hour subdial at 12.
To see how much energy the watch has, simply hold the button at 4 o’clock down for 2 seconds, and the dial at 6 will show you on its Low-Medium-High scale.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. It came quickly and the engraving is very nice, but the watch itself isn’t what is shown on the website. It’s gray. The straps are white and it is very disappointing. They should really update the images to reflect what you will actually get. This much for a gray watch is truly upsetting. Buyers beware.
The watch has fully met my expectations. As per photo. I really appreciated the watch box and the shipping package in general. I may have to make an extra hole in the strap because my wrist is small, but for now it's fine like this.
It's a special watch, it looks good on the hand, it's comfortable, it's exactly as in the description and the fact that it could be customized gives it a special touch
The product is good...you only put your hand in your pocket and the crown doesn't fit well, the watch stops but in general it's fine

Solar powered wrist watch. My wife and daughter say it looks fabulous. Just waiting for the Sun to shine.
Mainly the drive appealed to me (solar). I like the watch, but I ordered a white watch, that's how it is described and the pictures also show a white watch. In fact, only the strap is white, the watch is grey/light grey! It's also a pity that there isn't a single luminous component, at least the hands should be readable at night, which is to be expected in this price range. Wanted to send them back first - but will keep them anyway ;-)
