No. Erasers don't work on laser engravings and debossed leather doesn't grow back.

Custom-printed watches can be returned, provided they haven't been used. We can replace the watch's caseback.

Our laser engraving machine can engrave anything in the UTF-8 character list, but we prefer not to engrave &, ∞, º, and other small symbols. They'll look okay in the order window but always look off when engraved in metal.

Our debossing machine is old-school and has a more limited typeset. The Latin alphabet and its common variants will work, but no symbols there either.

We can't do logos or emojis, and we reserve the right to refuse to engrave symbols of hate.

In most cases, yes, but during high season, we may have to add a day to get it done. You don't want to rush the personalization process.

Creating a custom-printed caseback for your watch takes a bit longer, so that process will always add a day to your shipping time.

Your watch's caseback is very important to its water resistance. If you want to change your caseback, have a professional do it.

There are YouTube tutorials that show you how, and you "can" do it yourself, but you will void the guarantee in case your watch suffers water damage.
