Great feel and engraving was a plus!

I’ve never heard of this company before and it was hard to find a good watch box that did small initial engravings (and not those huge names plastered all over the glass of the box). I came across this website and gave it a shot because I liked the subtle engraving options on the lid and I loved it! I bought one for my dad’s birthday and since everything came out great, I ordered one for my boyfriend. The engravings came out wonderful and the customer service was awesome! During my first purchase, I accidentally put the wrong zip code to my old address since I recently moved and I contacted them and they answered right away and fixed it immediately. I will be buying more from them!

Solid product, aesthetically made. Good and strong hinges. Good size of cushions for watches and a practical drawer for straps and accessories. The only downside is the lack of flocking or velvet in the "slots" for the watch cushions. This could be improved. Other than this detail, no complaints.
