When you shop with us, you have a period of 30 days to return all or part of your order, provided that the packaging of the items remains intact and the items have not been used.

*Good news! For orders placed between November 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025, we have extended the return period to give you extra flexibility during the holiday season. These orders can be returned until February 1st, 2026.

Returning an item to us is super simple. All you’ll need is your order number and the email address you used to create the order.

Please note that…

• Return costs are at your charge.
• Your refund will take place via the same payment method used to pay for your order.
• Exchanges are not available. If you want to swap one design for another or for a more expensive item, you’ll have to return the original for a refund and make a new order.
• Personalized products cannot be returned.
• Intimate products like earrings and other piercing jewelry, socks, and underwear can only be returned in original, unopened packaging.
• It’s not possible to combine 2 return orders in 1 package. The computers don’t like that. Please ship all return orders individually.
• If you are returning an order that was delivered to you by express service, we will only refund you the equivalent of the standard delivery fee.
