If it hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please follow these steps:
Please check your order confirmation email for the exact address we've shipped your order to. Is it 100% correct?
Please contact us, and tell us if there's any problem with your address. Our awesome customer service team will help you out and get in touch with the courier company.
If the courier somehow lost your package, we will reship your order.
