Delivery usually takes 4 - 6 business days but in exceptional cases it can be slightly longer. We hope you can be a little patient if there's a slight delay.

to see where your package is, and what might be causing a delay.
If it hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please follow these steps:
- Please check your order confirmation email for the exact address we've shipped your order to. Is it 100% correct?
- Please contact us, and tell us if there's any problem with your address. Our awesome customer service team will help you out and get in touch with the courier company.
- If the courier somehow lost your package, we will reship your order.
