If your product breaks within 2-years of delivery, please send an email with a photo of the broken product and the barcode (if you still have it) to our customer support email. If the issue is better shown with a video, feel free to attach one to the email instead of (or along with) the picture. One of our supporters will handle your inquiry and get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
