I ordered a tie for my boyfriend for Christmas gift, and because I know that he loves a lot of patterns and colors, this page was perfect. Unfortunately, I have not received it yet, and I ordered it two weeks ago, but I decided to call the company. As my title says, their service atmosphere was absolutely wonderful! When I called up and explained that my package had not arrived yet, a happy guy answered that he apologizes so much and sends it back immediately. Said, he sent it and it should be in my mailbox within a few days. I'm really really happy with the help I received from the company, not many people take time for the customers but it did this guy! Really recommend this page because it is serious and has good and helpful staff!
