Had an issue with a pair of sunglasses. It was handled beautifully, professionally and to my entire satisfaction.
A LITTLE SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED, BUT OTHERWISE COMPLETELY FABULOUS ;-)
The temples of the glasses are a little tight, which is annoying at first, but after a day or two it loosens up, plus it's nice that they include a case.
