Shaving mug is great. The only issue is your luxury shaving cakes do not fit it. Cakes are way to big.

I feel your QA inspectors should examine which products go together. Your luxury shaving cakes are awesome. They are just big for your shaving mug. I will purchase them knowing I just have to shave the cake to fit your shaving mug.

Exactly this type of grip is not very convenient. If the handle was standard (like a cup) the grip would be safer. In addition, the jug is smooth inside. Some shaving jugs are slightly ribbed inside (bottom or side) for better friction and finer foam.
