Purchased this set as a birthday gift and it was stated that it will take 5 to 9 business days to ship to Singapore. It has been 11 business days and I still have yet to receive the product. Now I’m completely late in gifting this package, very frustrating. I have tried following up with the customer service team for the past week and no shipping status update has been given. This is my first time shopping on Trendhim and will be my last. Very disappointing experience.
