The back is smooth, otherwise just like the picture

The product looks as expected. The delivery time was surprisingly fast and I was satisfied with the product's quality, especially considering the price. What might be worth noting is the length of the chain (the cross on me (man) hangs at lower pectoral muscles). The necklace also tends to slip between the buttons if you wear a shirt.
