I did have to contact customer service before purchase to find out what the coating is on the chain. It would be a great update for the shop if this was stated in the description. Unfortunately, the bracelet was too big, so it needed to be exchanged, but good and quick help from customer service and fast delivery on the exchange, so 5 stars from here.
