Monterey | Red & Blue Racing Chronograph Leather Watch

Strap a classic racing watch to your wrist. Start your engines. The Monterey is designed with driving in mind and can time you and measure your speed. Wear driving gloves? Its tactile crown and buttons are designed to be operated with gloves on.

This men’s watch sports a water resistance rating of 10 ATM (100 metres) thanks to its solid surgical-grade stainless steel case and screwed-on caseback. Just make sure the crown is closed when you dive in.

Anti-reflective coating on double-domed mineral glass makes the watch instantly readable in any light, and high-grade glow-in-the-dark hands and indices ensure you can still tell the time in the night hours of Le Mans. The dial sports a 24-hour clock on a subdial at 3 and a discrete date window at 6.

Its reliable Seiko chronograph movement allows you to time events up to 60 minutes (displayed on a subdial at 9 o’clock), and the inside of the bezel has a tachymeter, letting you tell the speed if you know the distance for reference.

The three big holes on either side of the genuine leather straps don’t just prevent sweaty wrists but make the strap more elastic than standard leather straps, increasing comfort. Their quick-release bars make them easy to swap out on the fly using only your fingers. The buckle proudly carries the Fawler logo.
