Because of the current virus, shipments from their supplier were experiencing extreme delays. I talked to the very professional customer service women over a dozen times regarding my shipment. She was very courtesy in dealing with me and the delays in the shipment. She ordered a second ring since the first was hung up in customs leaving the supplier as well as custom entering the U. S. I finally did receive the rng and I am very satisfied with the product.
Nice ring, beautiful color stone. It is always a surprise what the stone looks like when you receive it, because it is a natural product.

The stone looks very different from the photos and what I was expecting but the stone was thin and sat below the rim of the ring, spoiling the finished look. As stated, I have been very pleased with previous items. This has been the exception.
