Exactly as pictured. Haven’t worn an earring in 3 years. This was the first item I’d seen that could possibly get me to wear earrings again. I love it so much I ordered another in a different color. A little small for my liking.
The needle is a little short, but got on well after a couple of tries. Looks very cool, but a little smaller pendant than expected.

What can I say, the earring is excellent, the only thing that is “not right” is that the bushing loosens a little after a while, but for the rest it is perfect!
