Bow ties are exactly the picture displayed online. The quality of the material is great! These bow ties are going to match our bridesmaid's dresses perfectly! Customer service was great. I called twice to speak to someone about my order and was able to talk to someone each time. Shipped very quickly to a UPS store for me to pick up as this was my preference. Will be ordering again from this site!!
