Bag of good quality, the problem, stains, everywhere.

Bag that I appreciated but the stains strewn on the leather disappointed me. As I am in a hurry to offer it, I do not have time to wait for the proposed exchange, I therefore ask for a credit note, a substantial reduction, thank you. Without this defect, I would have put 5 stars.

I have shopped for the first time and I must admit that the quality of the product is more than expected. Good quality leather and nice color. Super happy with my bag. But I would like to give more than full points to customer service / customer care. Got the wrong product delivered in the beginning but when we got in touch we were greeted by a very nice customer service representative who arranged everything. Assessment of my new pc bag

The bag is of excellent quality when it comes to leather. Great and cool to look at. Cool design. Many pockets. Plus, you can pull the trunk between the back pocket. I've had a similar one before. Attached to the actual shoulder strap smoke. The screw that also keeps it snapped. It a weakness. But when advertising, there are no questions. You get a new one !! And so it should be. One small wish is that the skin could be a little stiffer. But ... it's cool
