Sharp edges

First stainless steel cuff arrived with small defect. Customer service quickly sent replacement. The cuff itself has sharp edges along the circumference and at the tips. The edges are uncomfortable against the skin and can get snagged on loose threads of clothing/bedding. Product would be great if the edges and tips were rounded off.
