Quality watch, prompt delivery. 10/10 would recommend.

I liked the details on the watch.

The product itself is cheaply made. For example, the nobs you use to change the time feel like they are plastic or really cheap metal. When you walk around it makes a funny sound like there is a loose bolt in it. Customer service was terrible. I called inquiring why the product was delayed and they said it “got held up at the border and had no estimated time of arrival.” When I asked to cancel the order they wouldn’t let me until I received the watch.

Beautiful product, beautiful packaging too, although it came with some folds from transport, but that is the carrier's fault

Totally happy with it! Even more beautiful than in the photos and the personal photo on the inside of the watch is also really great. Feel like giving it to my boyfriend tonight!
