Thread it through the spring bars, and strap it to your wrist – simple as that. Its tight pattern of holes covering almost half its length ensures a comfortable fit on almost any arm.
Washable, breathable, ultra-durable, and will retain its color. You may want to toss it in with the laundry after extended wear to get some of its shine back.

Bought two of these (Grey and striped).The quality is really good, the strap is easy to keep clean and can be shortened. It takes a 40C wash without any problems. Can definitely be recommended.
