The Hat fit beautifully

The paper packing material crushed the front of the hat. I had to push the inner part of the hat to form it into its original shape. The Box was not damaged during shipping but when the box was closed before shipping, the paper packing material crushed the hat.

I'm amazed that this hat arrived in tact - as it crossed an ocean in a box that included zero packing tape to secure it. At any point during its journey, the box could have easily been opened. Nonetheless, it arrived without issue.
