How does Track & Trace work to find out exactly where your package is and what might be causing a delay.
If your package hasn’t arrived within 8 working days, please follow these steps:
- Check your order confirmation email for the address we shipped your order to. Is it 100% correct?
- Please contact us and tell us if there's any problem with your address. Our awesome customer service team will then get in touch with the courier company to change the address if possible, or send you a replacement package if rerouting is not possible.
- If your address is correct, but your package seems stuck please contact us and we will try to get more info from the courier. If they somehow lost the package, we will ship a replacement package immediately.
