When will my package arrive?

Your package should arrive within 4-6 business days. However, delays with the courier company do occasionally happen.

Please have a look at the "Your order was shipped" email to check your tracking link. Keep in mind that it can take over 48 hours before the tracking page shows any info. Find out more about tracking here:

If your package hasn’t arrived within 8 working days, please follow these steps:


  1. Check your order confirmation email for the address we shipped your order to. Is it 100% correct?
  2. Please contact us and tell us if there's any problem with your address. Our awesome customer service team will then get in touch with the courier company to change the address if possible, or send you a replacement package if rerouting is not possible.
  3. If your address is correct, but your package seems stuck please contact us and we will try to get more info from the courier. If they somehow lost the package, we will ship a replacement package immediately.
