If you paid with a debit or credit card, it is possible your bank is blocking the transaction because our payment provider is based in Europe, and banks sometimes block international transactions. To solve this problem, please get in touch with your bank. Alternatively, you can try paying with PayPal.
If you are still having problems, please note down the exact error message or problem you are having, as well as the payment method you are trying to use. Preferably take a screenshot of your problem.
